The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Economic Development was created to attract businesses to the City and the region. Wolfe Design created annual reports that were used by Mayor Tom Murphy as a recruitment tool that highlighted the various success stories that enforced the idea that Pittsburgh is a great place to live, work, and play.
The themes, such as “Imagine the Possibilities,” developed by Wolfe Design, used examples of individuals throughout history who came to Pittsburgh and made their fortunes—to individuals today who have also realized the possibilities in Pittsburgh.
